Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using rtAV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using rtav.io, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Billing and Payments

Pricing

Our service is billed at $6 per hour of active session time. You are charged only for the time your sessions are active.

Payment

You must maintain a minimum balance of $5 to start sessions. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Refunds

Unused account balance may be refunded upon request. However, used minutes are non-refundable as they represent consumed compute resources.

Intellectual Property

The rtAV service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by rtAV and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any custom assets (faces, voices) you upload. By uploading assets, you grant us a license to use them to provide our services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rtAV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. You may terminate your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
